Tobin's art graces the halls of many prestigious businesses including AT&T, Budweiser, CompuServe, the Cincinnati Zoo, Ford Motor Company, MCI, WorldCom, Random House, Universal Studios, and many, many more.

Tobin is also a musician and songwriter, and was a longtime member of the band Guided by Voices back in the 90s.

He now makes his home in Northern Michigan with his wife, Laura, and their two children, Turner and Martha.,,
