本书秉承历卷《刑事法治发展研究报告》的研究宗旨，继续以我国刑事法治建设的重大理论与实践问题为视角，精选了北京师范大学刑事法律科学研究院2014-2015年度向国家法治领导机关提交的研究咨询报告及其他对刑事法治建设具有参考价值的研究成果，共设"刑事法治改革""死刑改革""反恐怖""反腐败""追逃追赃""个罪完善""区际刑法""刑事诉讼法"和"社区矫正"九个专题，收录论文30余篇。 赵秉志，新中国首届刑法学博士（1988），美国杜克大学法学院访问学者（1990-1991）。现任北京师范大学刑事法律科学研究院院长、教育部长江学者特聘教授、博士生导师，北京师范大学死刑研究国际中心主任、国际反腐败教育与研究中心主任、反恐怖法治研究中心主任。兼任国际刑法学协会副主席暨中国分会主席，中国法学会常务理事暨学术委员会委员，中国刑法学研究会会长，国务院学位委员会学科评议组法学评议组成员，国家社科基金项目学科评审组专家，全国人大常委会法制工作委员会立法专家顾问，最高人民法院特邀咨询员（2013-2014），最高人民检察院专家咨询委员会委员，公安部法律顾问，司法部社区矫正工作特邀专家，教育部法学学科教学指导委员会副主任委员等。曾获得国家"做出突出贡献的博士学位获得者"（1991）、中国法学会首届"全国十大杰出青年法学家"（1995）称号，享受国务院"政府特殊津贴"（1993），入选人事部首批"百千万人才工程*人选"（1997）、教育部"跨世纪优秀人才培养计划"（1999）。主要研究领域为中国刑法、中国区际刑法、国际刑法、比较刑法。长期参与我国刑法的立法工作和司法解释的研拟工作。主持科研项目60余项，个人及论著获得70余项奖励。出版个人专著和文集25本，主编暨合著专业书籍300余种，发表论文700余篇。 刑事法治改革专题
