为纪念中华人民共和国成立70周年，2019年11月5日至6日，第二届虹桥靠前经济论坛特设“70年中国发展与人类命运共同体”分论坛，来自100多个国家和地区的智库界、媒体界400余位中外智库媒体代表出席论坛，围绕70年中国发展经验及其世界意义进行了对话交流，深入探讨了各国共建人类命运共同体的路径和方式，达成广泛共识。各国智库和媒体以本次论坛为契机，拓展交流平台，构建合作机制，围绕关乎人类命运的发展和治理议题，开展更广泛、更深入的对话研讨，推动治国理政经验交流，促进不同文明互学互鉴，为推动构建人类命运共同体贡献智慧和力量。
    中国社会科学院国家优选战略智库汇集此次进博会专题分论坛研讨成果，邀请中外专家进一步深化研究，形成本联合报告，以中英文版本同时出版。
    本书为英文版。王灵桂，男，山东诸城人，法学博士，研究员。毕业于北京外国语大学阿拉伯语系。现为中国社会科学院信息与情报研究院党委书记、院长。曾任亚太与优选战略研究院书记、当代中国王灵桂，男，1967年11月生，山东诸城人。现为中国社会科学院信息情报研究院党委书记、院长、研究员、博士生导师。兼任中国社会科学院国家优选战略智库首席专家、常务副理事长兼秘书长、研究员。主要研究方向是“一带一路”、优选战略、反恐研究、伊斯兰教研究、中东问题研究、港澳问题研究等多个领域。任职期间，共计发表500余篇（部）作品，约计1800万字，其中部分研究成果分别荣获社科院对策研究特等奖、一等奖等；获国务院发展研究中心一等奖5次。曾任多个重要项目的首席专家，并在国家重要政府部门中担任学术兼职。出版30余部与“一带一路”有关的专著、研究报告等，并被商务部聘请为“一带一路”咨询委员会成员、工商联“一带一路”靠前合作委员会专家。 Volume 1
