《现代奥运趣闻报道（学生用书）》双语教材充分渗透素质教育和全人发展的教育理念，教材设计以学生学习和发展为主，在充分提高学生英语表达水平的同时，内容选择尽量考虑学生情感和道德培养，让学生获得知识和技能的同时，提升综合素质，获得全面发展。
