Rae Kwon Chung is currently holding the position of Climate Change Ambassador of the Republic of Korea. He is the former Director for Environment and Suainable Development Division, United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP). He also served as the Director-General for the International Economic Affairs Bureau, Miniry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Republic of Korea, as well as the Deputy Director-General for Environmental Cooperation and has been involved in Agenda 21 and Climate Change Convention, both in the capacity of negotiator. Prior to this, he was the Counsellor for the Korean Mission to the United Nations in New York and to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris. He received his MA in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, USA and a BA in economics from Sungkyunkwan University, Korea Euon Quah is Acting Chair, Division of Economics, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was a faculty member and former Acting Head of the Department of Economics, National University of Singapore. He has published widely in the fields of environment economics, co-benefit analysis, law and economics, and household economics. His papers have appeared in various periodicals and journals such as World Development, Environment and Planning: Series A and C, Applied Economics, Journal of Environmental Management, Journal of Public Economic Theory, The International Review of Law and Economics, Journal of Asian Economics, The American Journal of Economics and Sociology, Bulletin of Economic Research and Journal of Environmental Law. His work on household production valuation has received very favourable reviews in the Journal of Economic Literature, Economic Journal, and Journal of Labour Economics.
