本书探讨了宏观经济、所有制结构以及全面的制度框架变化对中国企业生存和创新发展的影响。
    过去的40年，中国经济经历了从计划经济向市场经济的复杂转变。宏观经济对企业生存的影响和所有制结构对企业创新活动的影响是理解中国经济改革的渠道。在前期学者研究成果的基础上，本书对两个问题进行了深入研究：
    一是宏观、制度及企业自身因素对我国企业生存问题的影响研究；二是所有制结构对我国企业的创新活动和效率的影响研究。韩洁，北方工业大学讲师，经济学博士，主讲课程《国际经济学》《金融风险管理》，研究领域包括风险管理、研发投资、国际贸易等方向。
    2007年毕业于中央财经大学金融学院，获得硕士学位。同年入选教育部“国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目”，就读于英国圣安德鲁斯大学经济与金融学院，获得博士学位。
    2018年8月，在企业从事多年投资工作后，进入北方工业大学经济管理学院任教。发表学术论文多篇，作为主要参与人完成多项省部级科研课题。 Introduction
